Our client is looking for Receptionist Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently. Provide general information to clients and visitors and arrange for meetings with senior staff members. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for specific senior staff members. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation. Maintain office systems by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Support other administrative staff with clerical tasks as needed. Working Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm OR 8:00 am to 5:00 pm The successful candidate will be rostered to work any five (5) days between Monday and Saturday Requirements: A minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects, which much include English Language. At least two (2) years’ in a similar position. Certification in Office Administration, Customer Service or a related area will be an asset. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
