Key Responsibilities The Key Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Driving sales, marketing, and business development activities • Conducting customer meetings, site visits, technical trainings, and presentations • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals, quotations, tenders, and trials • Developing and presenting an annual Strategic Business Plan to senior leadership • Acting as the technical interface between customers, suppliers, and manufacturers • Building and growing the installed base of represented instruments and solutions • Maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and delivery • Submitting weekly activity and opportunity reports to management • Supporting internal training and continuous technical development • Representing the company with professionalism, reliability, and integrity What Our Client is Looking For • Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related discipline (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation, or similar) • Minimum five (5) CSEC passes, including Mathematics, English, and Science • Proven experience in technical or field sales within industrial, energy, or process industries • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills • Ability to translate technical solutions into customer value • High level of organization, self-motivation, and accountability • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Trinidad and Tobago national, with a valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel regionally for customer visits and specialized training
