    Our client is looking for Front Office Receptionist  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The duties of the Front Office Receptionist, include, but are not limited to:  Meeting and greeting all patients.  Scheduling appointments, updating patient records and completing insurance forms.  Maintaining inventory of supplies.  Cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces before and after each patient visit. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE  Must have at least five (5) CXC/CSEC passes, including Mathematics and English Language  Certification in administration or a related field will be an asset.  Excellent Computer Skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Any equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered. REQUIRED QUALITIES  Strong time management and organizational skills  A pleasant, friendly, and helpful disposition.  Customer-focused.  Strong comprehension and written communication skills.  Strong verbal communication skills  Be able to pay attention to detail  Be able to work well with others
