Our client is looking for Front Office Receptionist MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The duties of the Front Office Receptionist, include, but are not limited to: Meeting and greeting all patients. Scheduling appointments, updating patient records and completing insurance forms. Maintaining inventory of supplies. Cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces before and after each patient visit. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Must have at least five (5) CXC/CSEC passes, including Mathematics and English Language Certification in administration or a related field will be an asset. Excellent Computer Skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Any equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered. REQUIRED QUALITIES Strong time management and organizational skills A pleasant, friendly, and helpful disposition. Customer-focused. Strong comprehension and written communication skills. Strong verbal communication skills Be able to pay attention to detail Be able to work well with others
