Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for assigned business accounts, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Understand clients’ business models, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored GIS solutions. 2. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients Develop and present compelling proposals, demonstrating how Spatial Innovision’s solutions address clients' specific needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. 3. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of services. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to promote collaboration and efficient problem-solving. 4. Renewal and Upselling: Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Identify upselling opportunities to provide additional value to clients through expanded use of our solutions. 5. Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt strategies accordingly. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market insights for management review 6. Client Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on Spatial Innovision’s GIS solutions to ensure they maximize product benefits. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Geography, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred). Proven experience as an Account Manager/ Business Development Manager, or similar role, preferably within the GIS industry. Strong understanding of Geographic Information Systems and their applications in various sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
