Our client is looking for Human Resource Development Manager Key Responsibilities: The Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Development Manager include, but are not limited to: Learning and Development: Design, implement, and evaluate professional development programmes, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching sessions. Talent Management: Develop and manage career development plans, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Performance Management: Implement and oversee a performance appraisal processes and guide managers on employee development plans. ISO Certification Support: Work closely with the Operations Department to support the company in achieving and maintaining ISO certification through policy development, compliance audits, and staff training. Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture. Organizational Development: Identify and address skill gaps through strategic planning and training interventions. Training Budget Management: Develop and manage the HRD budget, ensuring cost-effective training solutions. Develop a continuous learning environment. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain accurate records of training and development activities. The Human Resources Development Manager will also be required to perform other related duties as assigned to support the effective operation of the Department and the Organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an asset. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resource development, learning and development, or a similar role. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmes and managing talent development initiatives. Strong understanding of performance management systems and organizational development practices. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (LMS).
